[FF7 PC] Battle Swirl Stub Out Mod

Using my findings in https://www.ff7catalog.com/threads/14452/, this is a mod to stub out the battle swirl visual FX with a black screen instead for players who are uncomfortable with or sensitive to the swirl effect.
