So I literally update to Windows 10 and it just worked for no reason.
Also thanks for the dll link anyway!

But one more last thing (again sorry), is there a way to change the music? It always play the PS1 music (I am the only one who don't like that stuffy music from PS1?), I have the ogg files with the Yamaha XG music, but when I put into the original music_ogg folder, it doesn't play, It still plays the PS1 music from the BASE folder, and when I delete the files from that folder, no music plays at all.
Is there a way to disable that path to reproduction? Or do I really need to change every single file name to the BASE folder respectively?

its not for no reason, the old drivers from win7 was the issue, updating to win10 updates the ntdll.dll and sound drivers that you were having problems with

i see you found the discord, dont hesitate to ask for more help if you cant get your music files working

So, True Odin has shown some interest in implementing this into FFNx.   If successful, this project may also expand to include the field files, but it ultimately depends on what he is able and willing to do.

Once I figure out how IROs work, the first post will be updated with appropriate links and documentation.

I've noticed a few things in the videos.

1) the camera moves 4 times as fast at the start of the battle.  I get that this is probably hard to fix, but wondering what the real issue is. It's not a deal breaker really.
2) characters and monsters dash in and out at 4 times the speed.  this one is much more jarring.  Is it really unfixable?

We're going to have to wait for true Odin to get his FFNx implementation going before we know anything

I'm consistently amazed at what all of you modders manage to do with such an old game engine, and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what you and TrueOdin can pull together. How deep does the integration need to go for the increased framerates to function properly? Would the feature essentially have to be implemented into the core of FFNx as a toggle option in config, or would it just be implementing support for it in mods that sit on top of FFNx (like the 30FPS FMV support recently added in the canaries)?

Hello,

Is there an iro file of this 60fps battle?
I mean, an iro that I can copy and install in 7th heaven 2.0 to play with this 60 fps in battles??
The "animations" iro that comes by default doesnt work in my case .

Thanks

This mod is currently not working.  This is now strictly for model interpolation, but won't work until someone integrates a mod into FFNx that will allow it.

You'll want to stay updated on FFNx.  At some point in the future it will support 60fps.   Until then, you'll need to use Reunion found at ff7.live if you want to use this mod.

FFNx already supports 60fps... it's the game engine and (especially) all the underlying animations that were created for 15/30 that need to be rewritten.

It does not work with New Threat.

Do you mean FFNx? It should work with NT, unless something's changed that I'm not aware of. Reunion should also work with it, so long as the New_Translation and new models options within it are turned off.

This 60fps mod though I think affects the battle/field models (?) which would likely not be compatible with NT depending on how it implements it.
