Yeah that and the size of the hands too...basically make them like the ones on street fighter..

See their gloves protruding on the pics? ...if ya notice they look like chars from a CAPCOM game isn't it?

You know Squallff8, that picture of Jesse has inspired me. I think I'll try and see how close can I get to that design.

2 Harruzame
Okay!I'll try to modify them  But don't forget that this is Chibi Nomura's design. And we need tall one  :-)

Nice pics there dude! *thumbs up!*

I thought they were already the tall ones..hehe.. So you reconstructed the chibi ones and made them thinner...

But I think this is great!!..Aside from the chibi reconstruction.. I think its kinda like "Breath Of Fire" Chars but only using FFVII chars...

This is so cool!!!!..Hope you release this (and no one argues with it?...I hope.. )

Actually they ARE tall:

(There are no textures troubles ingame)
I just recolored them and resized them.used original skeleton without general deformation. And made them closer to original artwork.

PLEASE PEOPLE,CHOOSE WHAT DeSIGN YOU MORE LIKE!

Edit:

They look stunning!!!  :-o

They're more or less look like based on "real people". Even Jesse looks more " 16 yr old " now. And the pics you posted earlier were really great. Its more detailed than its predecessor ....

I love it!!!!

Release ( plz. ) now!...

My opinion is that Wedge looks like he's in his mid 50's because of his haircut (it looks like he has a horseshoe and is bald on top).   I'm not sure how you could fix that, but everything else looks good to me  :-)

Looks like his age caught up with him :)

I think the legs on that Barret look way better then the previous one.  :-)

Shape looks great, but please dont tell you are getting rid of the texture detail of the previous ver.? they will be added later right?

only texture that he had is his eyes and beard.
Or you mean Timu's Barret model?

I think he's talking about the baked lighting.
I can add it but don't tell me after that something like "The models looks too dark in game!"
Game makes lighting by itself.I like them like they are... :|
But if you want it...

Ive never read a complain about models to dark with the current version. I dont know if its the light, detail or colouring but you may see it on your comparison of barret, even with the great improvement of shape, the other still looks somehow more real, all because of this details. I even think this is why some did not like the new Cloud, even though it was a great improvement of the shape, this details gave the old version a more realistic and cool feeling when ingame

Sorry if it was explained earlier, but what exactly is the point of taking away the shading in the original models? I understand the recolor, and like the shape, but for recoloing, should you recolor each vertex relatively, rahter than just recoloring the entire object? (i assume individual vertex coloring is possible)
