Hey irienaoki, see here for the full list of FFVIII mod. You might want to check the SeeD project, "unfortunately", it only works with Aali's custom driver.
On the other hand I'm trying to improve the textures using the custom game files (see this tread). Font edit and re-import resized *.tex files are no longer an issue but I don't know how the game read them yet.
