Question From a Noob - FF7 New Threat

I am new to this whole Mod thing and I installed and ran 7th Heaven and have the mods from the catalog. I was wondering if there was a different catalog with New Threat or if I'm doing something wrong, because it's not showing up in the catalog provided on the tutorial.
