oh man, I hate how SE made the town textures -_- It's like some kind of anti retexture protection XD
 
:P  How does it work and how hard will it be for you to replace them all?

For example - on the farm I have to rotate the whole texture 5-10 grades counterclockwise so that at least some of the windows will be horizontal -_- Also the textures are sometimes splited, and a bit shifted so they don't look seamless  :(

Btw, all the mountains are redone now, so now they have the same color pallete as original textures=)
 
I don't think so, cause it needs the texture placement to be modified -_- I'll try to finish the farm, will post the result later

UPD:
Eh, I don't like how the windows are placed but can't do anything about that =(

Really outstanding work! I remember Grimmy gave a go at texturing the towns a while back and ran into that very same problem with most, if not all, of them.  Keep 'em coming!
 
While analising midgar found something interestin' - the mako energy cuts through a steel pipe >_<

Midgar is half done now, what's left is the tricky middle part :-P
 
Finally an improved midgar :) I never really liked the way it was. I am very impressed
 
Amazing stuff.  As usual.  The chocobo farm looks great too, so does Midgar.
 
Midgar looks awesome man, I agree with Timu however. Midgar needs to be larger. I've always thought it looked... well tiny haha
 
the scale isnt even that bad on the WM, its just the low poly count is very... jarring, and impedes appreciation of texturework.
