If you already have it installed and insist on doing it manually then replace the pngs in the texture/menu folder.  This won't work without the GUI already installed.

Sorry but... where's that texture/menu folder?
 
Use the installer. The materia are included in it.

Thread is going to be locked, everyone should be using the installer at this point.
