1/35 soldier in FF7

Ah the Butcher's a load of crap Canealot, you know that.JediMark: The Butcher is "apparently" a secret character. You need to get all 1/35 soldiers, then find him and fight him. He's then the strongest character in the game and has an obsession of killing chocobos.

This all has to be rumours because whoever found it out couldnt have found it out cos he has no speach throughout the game. See?  :D
 
eh, I'll post this mainly for everyone's amusement . . . since you all know it's not true . . .Directions for getting the Butcher:

Make sure you DO NOT sell the original Bronze Bangle that Cloud has equiped at the beginning of the game. Leave it on him until you sell all of the other ones you have, because you MUST have that exact Bronze Bangle

You must have Barret in your party whenever possible.

Also, you CANNOT buy ANY Chocobo Stables.

Fight the Lost Number Directly after meeting Sephiroth in the Shinra Mansion, when he gives you the Destruct Materia. DO NOT get Vincent afterward. Leave the door locked.

Right before you fight Hojo, put the Buster sword and the bronze bangle you saved from the beginning back on Cloud. Fight Hojo with these equipped, and then once you are on disk three, go to the Shinra Mansion (Cloud must still be wearing the bronze bangle and the Buster Sword) and open the coffin Vincent is found in. Instead of Vincent, the Butcher will pop out.

The Butcher hates Chocobos, and will chop them up whenever he sees them. Take him to the Chocobo farm, it's pretty funny!
 
In case you're all wondering, this is a little joke we'd play back at Eidos on people who'd come in and make posts titled something like this:IS ANY BODY NEEDS ANY HELP IN FINAL FANTASY???? I AM FINAL FANTASY MASTER!!!

(we used to get lots of those.  Not so much anymore, though.)

The suckers were usually dumb enough to waste there time playing through THE WHOLE GAME to find out it was a hoax!!  (So much for being Final Fantasy Masters.)

Well the butcher exits in my own mind and in my own opionion. So neh.
 
Yeah well for me The Butcher exists up my arse. I've seen the FINAL FANTASY MASTER thread on the Eidos forums, but I can never be bothered ot read it.
From what I heard, to get The Butcher you need to get 35 1/35 soldiers which are scattered around the world, then go and fight him. It just shows he's a rumour.
 
It's one of "those" rumours is it.... like the Silver Chocobo one!
 
Yea but unlike the Silver Chocobo rumour this rumour was born and bred in the Eidos FFVII forums.  :DI wonder if its on the net any where yet?

Yeah I remember going on a site with a load of stuff about it in it's rumours section. I have no idea what the address was though, I think I got the link of the Eidos forums.
 
Heheh. It will be good to email these websites if I ever find any of them and tell them the truth.

that should be intersting.
BTW...i have the Brady Games strategy guide, and there isn't a thing that I have heard ANYWHERE that isn't already in that book.  It is very thorough, although sometimes they get their letter markers mixed up...
 
Oh you could "suposedly" breed together a Black and a Gold chocobo (both A class etc) with one of the nuts to produce a Silver Chocobo. The difference between the Silver and the Gold was that the Silver one was mean to be able to go underwater and me much faster than the sub.... all a load of crap though.... unfortunately!
 
Huh? You GOT the Silver Chocobo..... wow... I didn't think it was possible!!!
 
It isnt possible. Hes just BSing us. Or at most he has some weird graphical glitch.

Please help! I got the silver chocobo but it won't go underwater. All it does is the same as the gold one except it can fly. How the hell do I make it swim?
 
Silver Chocobo??...hmmm...another cliche I suppose~

what does the 1/35 Soldier do again??


..well, after a loooonnnnngggg time playing FF7, I suddenly felt like playing it again...
