7h Refresh Not Connecting

So i downloaded a few mods to use from the website for 7h before I finished reading the tutorial because I thought I was like Minion for ESO.

BUt I am  getting a 404 problem of the remote server returned an error when I try to get the real in-program mods? Any suggestions?
