WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I saw a similar error posted the fix was a redownload which I've tried multiple times

Delete your 7H folder and download it again from STEP 1 in the tutorial. Should be a working version there now.

yep that's fixed it thx I was going crazy trying to figure out if that was on my end some how

We're working on 7H, but keep having different hiccups with each new Release Candidate. After Catalog 3.0 is released, fixing/updating 7H will be the main focus.
