7th Heaven not even starting?

Hi. Recently gotten an interest in playing FF7 now that's on gamepass, and I've had someone recommending the mod that replaces the character models. In order to do so, I was also advised on using 7th Heaven. However, I can't seem to even start the program, as after installation, I click on the program and nothing happens. Like, no pop up, nothing. I tried uninstalling, re-installing, run as admin, nothing. I checked the task manager and outside of like, a couple of seconds, the program doesn't appear. I have uninstalled it, so I want to give it another try, but could anyone give me some advice?
Sorry for what may seem like an easy issue for someone else to fix, I'm not a pc gamer and pc gaming somehow always manages to make me feel stupid.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but gamepass games cant be modded (or at least very easily)

steam version is what you'll need to mod
