Aali's LGP/unLGP and AC Cloud error.

I tried to install the AC Cloud battle model using Aali's LGP/unLGP tool but any time I enter into battle I get this error: "Error: Cannot Open Cloud.T04", and the Cloud model appears to be entirely white except for certain poses. I know that T## files are texture files, but I don't know how exactly I could go about fixing this problem...
 
The problem is the RTAA file is telling the game there needs to be a 4th texture file for his model, but one doesn't exist.  Open the AA file in PCreator and change the number of textures.   or disable_popups = yes
 
that's funny, I put disable_popups = yes in my ff7_opengl.cfg file and it said that disable_popups is not an option, also I don't see anywhere in PCreator where you set the number of textures
