I don't see why one of the amazing modders across these forums wouldn't be able to...if they already haven't. But trouble is, if they do, they wouldn't be able to realease it as it would be copyrighted material.

I think The best you could do is make a skin of squall and his weapons over the cloud model

You can take the original model from the game or just the other one from KH
