another ff7 soundfont?

well, if anyone is still interested in my soundfont, its huge now but sounds great. i sware this is the best that there is, far better than fluid. if you want samples i can add a few quick instruments and mp3 it for ya
 
I'm interested in hearing it.  Maybe you should give us some MP3s to listen to :P
 
The organ sample on Cait Sith's theme was pretty good. However, the guitar sample on Vincent's theme just bothers me.
 
the acoustic guitar is from my old soundfont, im going to rerecord it using my condenser mic this time. the organ is prolly the only thing i have 100% done.
 
ok, yes yes, i know its way too distorted, but its my first crack at this new guitar. what do you think...im having a really really hard time making a good distortion guitar from only 4 samples. i guess i will have to record more.

its a wav file because i do not have time to convert to mp3, and its short.... from the boss battle theme...

That actually does sound really great. Is it your own guitar that you're playing there?
 
its my dads, fender or something. recorded the samples i thought i needed, added distortion, added more distortion, and more again. and this is what i came up with. each distortion setting i used was different, i wanted to make one for doom, but sounded like pants, so i tried it for ff7 and didnt sound too bad. should i continue with this one?

i played it with the creative 2mb synth this time...why did i do it? simply because its the only soundfont i have on my computer that is done.
