Dude, I double and triple checked my link. It works. THe file inside is good.

If you can't open it, it's probably your rar extractor failing. I'm using the latest version of 7-zip to extract it with no issues.

-.-; have Zero trust in this file now.

Would you please be so kind and do not ignore the red warning after you click on post. You have now revived two old topics for nothing. Use Kimera, it does all what you want to do.

Posting in threads more than a month old IS allowed. However, if your post contains no relevant information it will likely be deleted and you will be warned. If a link is broken, inform the author by using a Private Message.
As an alternative you could open a new thread in general discussions (as you have done here) and make a link to the topic of the tool/mod.

kimera will export a Battle Model as a Field Model??? how?? I dont see that option anywhere.

BmCview supposedly does it all automatically. But I have yet to extract the files due to my antivirus flagging it. Gonna dump it into sandbox and see what happens later on.

- BmCview - Is only for Final Fantasy VII for pc battle models. This little tool converts Final Fantasy VII battle models into field models that are acceptable to the field engine.
And I see nothing wrong with Replying with questions to Old threads if the question is relavent to the topic of the thread.

^ 7zip error

!   C:\Users\****\Downloads\BmCview.rar: Checksum error in BmCview.exe. The file is corrupt
!   C:\Users\****\Downloads\BmCview.rar: Unexpected end of archive

^ this is the winrar error

And here's what happens if I try to download it AGAIN.

At this point I feel as if everyone is trolling me. Why use such strange/unheard of file sharing sites? If you legitimately posses the file, please upload to a reputable file sharing site (such as Mediafire).

And as you can see here...

there is no option in Kimera to export/save a Battle file as a Field file. Which is what BmCview claims to be able to do.

Wow seriously? Its obviously youre shitty anti virus deleting the file! Upgrade or turn it off, its clearly not malware as verified by virustotal.com

i have switched to Panda Free version. I am not sure why my old antivirus was causing such problems.

This is why heuristic detection is a bad thing. Basically, it doesn't match any known viruses, but they assume it is anyway because it kinda looks like one.
