I loved /r9k/ and /new/ was always lulzy. True, /r9k/ had gone stale since the golden age of tripfags (oh, to see ad majorem arguing with athens and investment banker again!), but I still feel sad to see the loss of the place where I spent most of 2009.

Finally, moot-kun is taking suggestions for new boards. I demand that everyone request a board dealing with philosophy or religion so we can finally get rid of the troll threads relating to these topics, especially the ones that infest /sci/.

If you want to go to a (more-or-less) unmoderated image board with more than one post every three hours and you don't speak fluent Japanese, 4chan is your only choice.

seems that a few people go to the /new/ and /r9k/ boards that were put in there because moot deleted them on 4chan

People mostly go there to get porn (of every and all disgusting kinds) or rage and get shat on. Although 4chan can be a huge and awesome force of nature when it want's to be, it's mostly like the cum guzzling whore of the internet that was raped several times and has over 9 STDS.

It seems that /int/ has some incredibly sensitive word-filter; an anon here got banned for saying that his mother was Jewish. I wouldn't mind, but I wasn't even being racist. :-(

If the intent was to clean up /int/, it's a mystery why the auto-ban is for all boards.

The message they're sending is that word-filter based bans are teh stupid and unable to replace human mods.

I'd love to see how /int/ would deal with people posting threads asking about the demographics of different countries. Everyone in the thread would get auto-banned.
