I didn't know which of the threads to put this in due to the multiple save editors. So here it is:

So this goes for both. The .psv files not being able to be used on an unhacked PSP may be able to be overlooked if you have a friend with one. If you put the save in CWCheat and make it PSP playable then upload it in order to make it playable on unhacked PSP's, do you think that will work?
 
i depends on if cw cheat writes a signature to the save or just makes your psp ingore the incorrect one. since i don't have a psp i can't tell you, if you try this just let us know if it works or not.

edit: however if you load it in the cw psp and save you might then be able to copy it to a unhacked psp, since saving should write a new signature to the file.

Just save it to the memory stick with cwcheat, it turns it into and epsxe save. Then you can edit it and reload it.

Simples.
