Bootloader missing

My bootloader vanished and when tried reinstalling bootleg there still isn't a bootloader.exe.
 
I had my antivirus disabled while installing it, but it wouldn't be the first time it has removed something anyway.
 
Bootleg needs a lot of free space, maybe you have too little?

You can browse the tab "Installation" specify a path for temporary files...
