Bottomswell Crash

Hi all,

Im playing FF7 on XP and have patched with Reunion patch and the SD high res models.
The game runs fine and has done so far untill i reached Junon for the first time. I went to the beach where Priscilla runs into the water to save the dolphin from Bottomswell. Then when it hits her and cloud shout 'were coming' THE GAME CRASHES and i return to windows.

Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Two things,
Search for turning your Directsound acceleration down to the minimum value.

Or/and try going back to the non patched FF7.exe so you can get past the part that crashes.
