Can you have two installs? (Modded and Unmodded)

Hi there guys,

I was wondering if there was a way to run modded and unmodded side by side.  Ideally I'd like my Steam copy to be unmodded, but have a separate folder/exe with Mods running.  They don't have to share the save games (but that would be a bonus)

As my experience has gone, if you convert the game, and it's in a system file, installed under program files or program files (x86), it will ask to copy your game files to c:\games.  Select yes and you'll have your original unmodded game in your original directory, and you can use the one in c:\games as the one you mod.
