Can't download Animations mod

If I start to download it, it shows up very briefly in the downloads section, then disappears. If I try to download it again, I get a message saying "Animations is already downloading!" until I restart 7th Heaven. At no point is anything actually downloaded, as far as I can tell.

If I download the mod manually and move it to the mods folder, the game crashes when loading a save/starting a new game, even if 60 fps animations are disabled.

Can I please get some help with this?
 
We have removed the download file as it causes too many technical issues with the game.


We cant actually remove it from the catalog listing at this time which is why it shows in the list.
