Cant get Final Heaven

I gained all 3 limit breaks for Tifa and I go to nibelheim I played piano Tifa says "I heard this melody before" like this I try 5-6 times. But not happen and I cant final heaven. Is there a bug? My ff7 is steam verison and I use this mod;
