are there any patches to change the controls to something easier to use than the keypad? maybe so i could use 2 hands instead of one

it is not in my config window i don't believe.. maybe im not sure what u are talking about. i am looking in ff7config.exe do you mean ingame somewhere? thanks

Dude, do you play ANY PC games? You can ALWAYS customize your controls from in-game.
Start playing, and hit MENU. Go down to "config". There's an option for controller setup. select "Customize" (or whatever it's labled) and you can then map the keys however you'd like =)

thx. i figured it out.. this was the 1st time i had gotten in game cause of the w2000 bug and so i haden't even checked.
