Cheats and Tweaks - How to use?

Hey there,

First post!

I installed the Cheats and Tweaks mod via 7th Heaven, and can't figure out what it does/how to use it. I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer (typed in cheats, how to, tweaks, etc in the search bar)

Any help is appreciated!!

EDIT: I'm an idiot - you choose configure in the addon list.
