Let me start off by saying I do like the chibi models. No complaints there. Also, this thread will be well outside the scope of the bombing mission, but I'm curious all the same.
I am well aware of the project goal to be as faithful to the original graphics style as possible, so I'm wondering what the plan is, if and when a time comes to recreate FMVs later on in the game, that have chibi models rendered in the movie itself, not overlayed. The FMV that comes to mind is dumcrush, the earthquake at Mideel. Seeing as most FMVs use higher res models than even battle models, I'm wondering what the official policy for that will be.
Once again I realize I am speculating on stuff way down the road.
