Of course they would. It's still the same game from the same company. If i'd produce something here (Netherlands) and i get it copyrighted, it is copyrighted over the whole world. It's still MY product. (don't know EXACTLY how it works, but that's one thing i know for sure...)

It works like this:

In 1976 a bunch of countries got togeather and singed an agreement to unify copyright law. It doent matter where you are.  When you create a work, most countries, (well, all that export copyrighted works anyway) will make sure that rights holder will get a fair shake in any country.

I can post my ftp addess that will allow you access to my mp3 collection. Most of it is in Japanese anyway and I'm here in the US. I can still run a risk of getting boned by some Japanese music exec with too much time on his hands.

Copyright is universal, and the only reasn why it's not forever is because that pesky article 8 in the US consitution says it can't be. But they can extend it to forever minus a day......

That might be true for you rednecks

Thats only in the south, the more...How do I put this nicely..."technologicly handicapped" states. Why does everyone in every other country think the entire country are rednecks...stupid western movies...-_-

But what about games? Is there any difference there?

Not much, xcept the release dates are WAY longer... -_-
And the ratings on games are much lower  :wicked:
Here, even a 12 year old can play Vice City for instance. Manhunt is sold to 16 year olds...
But copyrights are basically the same.

Hey! I do live in south Texas ya know... I seem to be a hell of a lot smarter than some other people that have come and gone on these forums. :P

But..lets face it..your area is infested with redneck hicks. Georgia, Alabama, Texas, all the way up to like West Virginia and end right before Pennsylvania and Illinoise and around there. Those are just the wierd states out there in the Midwest.. :P

What you talkin' 'bout?

There are quite a few rednecks in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is farm country.

I've seen them!!! They even have areas in the city with 'urbanized rednecks', as I call them. See the conversation below.

Kid1: My daddy's gettin' me a dirt bike!!!
Kid2: My daddy's gettin' me a quad!!!

Sure enough a few years later, I see a quad on the road in that area. Go figure!

It works like this for our international friends:

South/South East (Excluding South Florida): Redneck Country
Midwest/NorthWest: Boring States (Montana? What the hell have they ever done for the Union?)
West: Crazy Gambling Party Area (Specificly California/Nevada)
North/North East: Where all the rich yuppie's live with all their money (Connecticut is right up there behind Montana in the nothing-ness category).

Florida is just in its own little world...except North Florida is kind of redneck country...same with California.

Rednecks in Pennsylvania...

You guys got the Amish over there too..>_>

Actually, my area isn't infested with rednecks as much as illegal mexicans... <_>

I heard there was an illegal alpha copy leaked on irc...
I think it's bull****, but wouldn't it bee nice to "look into" the codes? :wicked:
