If you could control Sephiroth, it wouldn't be a RPG anymore.

I could fairly easily create a new Cloud field model using data from Sephiroth's field model, and then simply overwrite Cloud's battle model with (AI, party member) Sephiroth's battle model (tested; works - non-AI, controllable). But, the storyline would fall flat, and it would be silly.

There are a few mods which allow controlling Sephiroth to some extent:

patch for ice_cold513 sephiroth patch.zip       anifiga         New Sephiroth Model                     Qhimm FILE

patch for Scorpicus Sephiroth Patch.zip         anifiga         New Sephiroth Model                     Qhimm FILE

seph.zip                                        Sladevi         Missing Sephiroth Patch Animations      Qhimm FILE

Sephiroth Trainer V1 By Kranmer.exe             Kranmer         FF7 Trainer with Less Cheating          Qhimm FILE

Sephiroth_Cut_Scene_Pack.zip                    Scorpicus       Play As Original Sephiroth Cutscenes    Qhimm FILE

Sephiroth_Patch.zip                             Ice_cold513     The Play as Sephiroth Patch             Qhimm FILE

Scorpicus Sephiroth Patch V1.1                  Scorpicus       Play as Original Sephiroth              Qhimm FILE

Also, it depends on whether you're talking about the PSX or PC version (or new PC version).

keep in mind the new ff7 has different paths and those patches and such may not b finding the right files to edit

Well is there any WORKING files for the new version?

Datapack, if the installers aren't working, you can do this yourself by using Wallmarket to edit Sephiroth's character AI in the KERNEL.BIN. If you set the 60 01 on the fourth line of his pre-battle script to a 60 00, that should make him controllable.

Also, stop demanding stuff, and don't double post just because you haven't had a response yet. That sort of behaviour makes you look needy and entitled, neither of which are particularly admirable qualities.
