Cosmo isn't the Editor?

From what I could tell.. Cosmo isn't an editor, just a previewer, so whats the editor?
 
I opened the program and there's nothing to edit =/
All I got was a little window saying "Fix Layers" or something like that
 
Is it off the screen? If it is:

...open cosmo, it will open up off the screen. press alt+f, left, down to "move" and press enter. Then hit the left arrow key rapidly until it appears to the right side of your monitor.
