I want delete my ff7 saves. I have steam version. I deleted save files from my documents folder but it is turn back. How to delete?

Right-click on the entry in your Steam client.
Select "Properties" (bottom option)
In the "Update" tab, there's a checkbox near the bottom for Steam Cloud Syncronization.
Uncheck that box then delete the files and they won't return. This will, however, disable cloud saves and I don't know what would happen if you turn it back on later.
This should work for the English version of Steam.

FF7 does not use steam cloud to sync saves. Square Enix implemented their own cloud saving service. You have to disable it from within the ff7 launcher.
