Doubt about editing the xp of FF VII

Hello.
I'm editing FF7 and something I don't like is that the characters outside the party gain half the experience. This means that once you decide on some, the others are left behind. That is why I would like everyone to gain the whole experience. How could I do this? Thanks.

Just change those values to 90 90 instead of what I suggested and they’ll get full exp instead of half or none
