As part of the new wave of moralfaggotry that is taking over the internet, ED now redirects to a new, shitty, SFW and politically correct site called "Oh Internet". Site owners seem to be under the impression that the best way to take financial advantage of "lulz" culture is to take away the grossly offensive anarchy that made such sites popular in the first place. They just don't get it: places like ED weren't popular in spite of being offensive; they were popular because they were offensive. Sanitising them won't open them up to a new audience; it will make them into boring facebook clones in an already-oversaturated market with no unique selling point. I hope /b/ raids the shit out of this new site and the thing turns into a huge failure.

How long before 4chan redirects to canv.as?
 
Moralfaggotry will undoubtedly take over everything if current trends continue.   :cry:

It was a site that documented internet drama. Basically, image that wikipedia was run by /b/tards.

There was a lot of shit there, but it was a great source of information for memes, internet arguments, internet personalities and internet-based epicness.

What if all adult domains are slowly being migrated to the new .xxx extension?  Huh? Think about it! All the prOn sites are closing there will be panic in the streets. Then all things deemed NSFW will migrate as well :P. Total government lock down.
