Error starting FF7

Keep reviving this error when I try to start ff7 from the Seventh Heaven program. Im not sure what it means or how to fix it.

I facepalmed when I saw that it started working. Guess I forgot to run it as admin last time I opened it. Thanks for the help as I missed the List of Bugs forum completely
