My name is my name followed by the first verbal ejaculation I shouted randomly shouted out when I was coming up with it.
 
Actually a friend came up with mine. It was a joke on my last name and that I'm furry. Fur/Furz is part of my last name hence Furzball is like Furball. Funny thing, my last name in german means both shrub and fart so Furzball in german is Fartball :P
 
I got it from my other username, GreyWolf. That username was thought up by my brother.
 
I just maked up mine when I was playing some online game before. Specifically Zhyper MU.
