Extract FF X Movies from PSX 2

Ok, mister smartey man...  How do these super-pirates manage to get a DVD's worth of data to fit onto a much smaller cd-r...  Wow, these super-pirates/budding ps2 programmers must have completely re-written FFX to allow for cd-swapping...  Yeah, I believe you... *cough*
 
Hmmmm I'm sensing hostility here, maybe he has just got the final fantasy 10 movies on a cdr and nothing else because there is no other way it could work.
 
Isnt FFX on two Dvd roms?
So there for thats about....12 cdrs maybe?
So they have rewriten FFX for 12 diskswaps?
I find that hard to beleave. And golly! I hope the ending sequance dosent take up more than 650 megs! Which it might well do.

hanasaki i have a great girlfriend been dating her nearly a month now.. i am so sorry you can barely read the engilsh language cuz i have posted about her quite a bit on the board.. but i appreciate your concern.. and what the hell would you need a scanner for proof? use screen shots.. i could make the picture of some bogus cds.. all i wanted was a screen shot of the game.. or some way for you to prove this thing you state..

You know what? It looks like a screenshoot taken from downloaded ffX movie, edited in graphic program and added these funy menu bars. For me it's not a prove. Hey, just tell me, why you guys are posting these things (joey you and few others). Is it really so funny??? (not for me) Or maybe you're a 6 yrs old mixed up kid who wants to be in the center of attention?  :D  :D  :D

I get a pic of ME and add some funny menu bars and claim that I am emulating ME.

Hello all.The PS2 emulator thing is sure a fake, but FFX on CD-R is not. Even I easily could copy FFX ( or any other PS2 games on DVD format ), into 2 or 3 CD-R discs, and play it on the console. All you need is NEO2 mod-chip ( or SBox ) and a Gameshark2.

1 DVD only for FFX.....2? Maybe the other is a demo?? And also, 1 DVD -> 1 CD = 8.5GB -> 650MB? UNBELIVABLE!!! Although I've seen pirates compress those MSDN Files and Visual Studio 6.0(The source for my C++ and Visual Basic  :D, I discovered it when I explored that CD) into 1 CD but those are text files, they can be compressed with much compression. But FFX is a game and most of the data is already compressed and still it takes so much space. BTW, is it true that a normal CD drive can play DVD with the correct software?

I still have great trouble beleaving you have FFX on about 20 CDr's.I mean look at it this way. There are going to be files on them disks bigger than 650 megs I bet. Like the files for the battle. Even if they were broken down into smaller files that would fit on a CDr you would there for have to disk swap constantly. I guess it would go something like this no?

Walking around town,disk swap, battle, victory,diskswap,town,,diskswap,fmv,diskswap,town ect ect ect.

See what I mean? I really cant beleave you are doing that. And wouldent 20 CDrs ben more expensive than 2 dvds?

I mean I could say if I used your logic that I could buy FFVII on floopy disk. I mean sure you would need about 300 but so what?

No. A DVD-ROM drive use a much finer laser than a CD-ROM drive. A CDROM laser would cover many tracks on a DVDROM instead of just the one needed, and most likely confuse the hell out of the CDROM drive. And if you try a DVD in a CDROM drive it registers as no disc present.
