I just reinstalled FF7 and all the patches and a few mods (Hardcore mod and FF7 music installer).

When I tried to play the game I get these two messages:

Failed to Load Shaders

and

Error loading movie plugin, cannot continue.

Help... please.

What video card do you have? Are you using the latest version of Aali's driver?

Ah that worked wonderfully, but now FF7 music is just playing the normal files and not the custom ones...

I made the OST remastered (With a few custom ones and they all matchup) It should be working fine, but I get a message at the bottom of the screen when I boot up FF7, saying something about not being able to find the ff7 input.cfg. I think it may have something to do with it.

My ff7music installer relies on Aali's driver being installed first. If you reinstalled or upgraded, you will need to do the following.

Open the file ff7_opengl.cfg

Find the line that says #music_plugin = plugins/ff7music.fgp and remove the #

Make sure you start the game with the shortcut that my installer created, or through FF7Music.
I did it's still not working.

I used a blank midi file I have, but it's still not working.

The game is still silent other than sound effects.

I am also getting the failed to load ff7input.cfg.

Can you post the contents of your FF7Music.ini? It should be in C:\FF7Music\ if you used my installer.

Nevermind I have it all working now.

I think it had something to do with running FF7 music out of the "C:\FF7Music" folder because when I openned it there, I didn't see any of my directories searching where they needed to.

Thanks for the help because if you had never told me to look for that ff7.ini file then I never would have stumbled upon this.
