i cant wait to start messing with the world when the raw-->p converter is finished. =)
 
the rest o the world is in another format, so im assuming this stuff was added later, or there are rsd and p files without hrcs for the land and stuff.
 
Ultima 0.26 (released) can 'convert' raw files back into .p  :) - Alhexx
