I'm more into comics and graphical novels, so Berserk. Or Vinland Saga.

For anime. Probably Grave of the Fireflies.

Berserk for sure, wish they released the chapters faster though.

And One Piece and Hunter X Hunter at the moment

I haven't watched much anime, but I really like Armored Trooper VOTOMS. I like a couple of the Gundam series too, not the original though.
