FF VII Sound Issue, No Background music,,

hellow all,

im new in this forum, im a big FAN for FF VII, Masterpiece of RPG all the time!! EVER!!
and recently i installed again the game on my PC,

- FF VII Install
- FF VII 1.02 Patch
- FF VII opengl 0.7.9b
- FF VII music install.exe
- FF VII Remix v2-5-1 installer

all goin well, and smooth play,,, but there is some issue about the sound, there is no background music when play,,,

is there any mistake on my install ? or what ?

please any advise,, and please forgive for my english,,, im Indonesian,,

Open ff7_opengl config file. Scroll down till you see something that says " music_plugin = plugins/ff7music.fgp "  If there is a # in front of that quote, delete it and try again. Also try and stay away from the remix patcher. I hear it has some bugs. Good luck.

what version of ff7music installer did you use? The latest one has some (serious) bugs that I haven't fixed yet.
