FF7 BootLoader Crash on Startup

I just bought the remastered and followed EQ2Alyza video on youtube. I tried reinstalling the whole package, but the same problem persist. I know that nvoglv32.dll is the "opengl driver" from nvidia. But I've never seen it as _unloaded. I even re-installed my drivers to see if that worked. But no.
