PSX has no audio.dat. The closest thing would probably be EFFECT.ALL but even then, those are just the samples, which the AKAO program uses to synthesize the actual audio in real time. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, though. I haven't extensively studied the inner workings of the game.It would help to know if you desire to mod the PC or PSX version of the game.
Huh, I seem to have missed that part earlier. Still, with the way things are, I'd say he means he wants to restore the crappy PC audio to what it was in PSX.
