What is the difference bewteen the original pc one and the Platinum Series ?

Patches applied, I think the disks were renumbered, and the price is cheaper.

as oppsosed to install, 1, 2, and 3 They just call it 1, 2, 3, and 4

Hmmm and for the PSX format they included a Final Fantasy 8 preview disk with the "Dance Sequence" movie and the "Intro" movie.

Hah! My FF7 PSX platinum had a demo of FF8 as disc 4, which went up to after the black widow boss, starting from the beginning of the dollet mision.

Hmmm, I never got that. When did you buy your FF7 Vic? Was it after FF8 had came out or before? Maybe they changed the Platinum series at some point.
