Is there an FF7 PSX editor? I looked at the FF world editor, but, that doesn't help...it doesn't work for 7.

Hmmmm. Lemme think for that question for about a whole minute.... No, their isnt, but their is an FFVII remake project going on. It's basically what you are asking but just not for the PSX.

Yes I'm sure there is. I dunno exactly where... but I remember seeing a utility (I think at www.zophar.net ) that could convert PC<->PSX saves.

That would be neat. Cuz I play FFVII mostly on PC but if I go on a road trip it would be cool to play my saved game on a PSONE. Hmmm, I should look into that too... I think I have a PSONE, or maybe it was a PSX...I dunno. Oh well...

Of course to take your PC save file to a PSX memory card, you need some funky hardware.

Yeah I didn't think of the hardware issue. You would need a PSX card reader for the computer. Oops. Guess what I said above is kinda dumb now.

Wow, I had no idea they actually made things like the Dexdrive..and sold them commercially!

Whats a dexdrive? Is that a playstation memory card reader for the PC? That would rule.

Well, you can backup the PS Memory Files to PC...
Export - Import, and so on...
1. Use GameShark Codes...
2. Edit the ePSXe SavedGames...
3. Convert back to PS format (DexDrive...)

Ok, I edited the game save, only a bit..but, For some reason, when I convert it back to a.GME file, the playstation doesn't even know its there..I'll try sifferent formats, but..I don't know.
