FF7 sound database

Anyone have any of the old database files for the audio.dat file in FF7?  ie; what sound is what?
 
I have a MySQL dump of the db I used for a FF7-sound-searching PHP script I made, which I deleted about a month ago.  :-? But if you don't mind ignoring the MySQL formatting (or if you have a server you could add it as a database thru phpMyAdmin or whatever and use it that way), I've uploaded the sql file here: http://www.alderley-edge.com/ed/alderle_ff7.sql
