So, is an alternate option going to be introduced for the new PC version?
 
Yes, but someone is going to have to do me a favour, get my file names on one side separate with > and then list the new pc game names.  Then I can create a simple bat file that will rename.

I also need to know the registry info that will find the new game and the location of the new musics.
 
I have removed Anxious Heart from google before the swarms of new people needing it arrive and wreck my bandwidth.  I need someone in the know to add my next version to torrent.  :mrgreen:  or provide A mirror for the current.
 
The "new" PC game names are the old ones (aseri, aseri2, ayasi, barret etc).

Is it exact?  So aseri.ogg ?

I'd appreciate it if someone would put my names on 1 side and the "new" on other.  I am busy at mo with sub minigame. And game converter.

I also need someone out there to host the new Anxious Heart (perhaps torrent?).  Google docs and dropbox will kill me.
 
I will have this tomorrow at latest.  Just got to make sure installer works fine and correct that loop issue in Shin-Ra Mansion.
 
I uploaded a looping ogg of the cintro track, since your release seemed to use the long track, instead of the PSX's shorter and more sinister version that's meant to set the mood in shinra mansion (and the music transition and mood shift when sephiroth says "I'm going to see mother" doesn't exist without it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=dlYQGpZlLPU#t=388s)

Where did you get that looping version from btw?  There is no PSF release and no OST release of it.  I can only make mine by using an emulator for PSX?


@above poster.  Read posts above.  And I do not know why they are not looping for you.  They loop fine for me.  I do not have the new PC version.
 
Well, my friend had a psx emulator with FF7 set up so when I saw him I asked him to go to that part and recorded it, and then made sure it looped properly with audacity.
 
Guys, I just want to say thank you for all of this. So far *fingers crossed* the ogg files are working great. No looping problems here (yet...).

Also DLPB, I messaged you but you can ignore it (I was an idiot and didn't read the threads beforehand).
 
It's ok, I dont get messages from anyone not on my friend list.  I will create my own looping ogg from emulation.  I have good hardware here and trust that.
 
Hey again guys. Just FYI, the track called "rhythm" doesn't seem to be looping correctly. Just plays once through and then stops.

Just thought I'd flag it up in case anyone's able to have a look at it. I'll post again if I find any more if that's cool with everyone.
