Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and I have to say it is a paradise for final fantasy fans  :P

I have been meticulously browsing through all your amazing projects and contributions and I am currently using a ton of them  to make my game look and feel awesome!

I haven't found any avatars that I liked a lot though so I decided to make my own and share them with you! I have used the original portraits for all characters except the chocobo, with some alterations. Have look for yourself:

Edit: Ok new link added. No sides of the avatars are being cut and some other minor fixes!

Does anyone have any in-game screenshots? I'm interested in how transparent shadows look on the UI background.
 
I think I just found my favorite avatars! Fantastic job Singular!
 
Hey guys I just noticed something. If you look closely you will see that the bottom and the right sides get cut off a bit ingame so I must have messed up the dimensions a bit.... I used a 512x512 image and made the avatars fit the top left corner at 400x400 like a saw in someone else's avatars (don't remember which ones), but apparently that is the wrong size. Does anyone know the exact dimensions I should use so that they don't get cut off?
 
I totally agree with Bosola. Also, is that Boko from FF8?

Yes it is! I found it fitted the art style better than the other chocobo images I found.

to anwser this question late or not.
i use a 1024x1024 image and their avatar size is 670x670
i hope this info is usefull to somebody  ;D
