Ever wondered everyone in the game said that Cloud had those "glowing eyes" although they just look all normal ? This mod changes Clouds Eye color somewhat closer to the one of Sephiroth but leaves eyebrows and the shape of his eyes untouched.

Yes I always have especially in the movie the eyes didn't glow.  It might of been a typo maybe.
 
Yes maybe but it cannot be just a typo that people injected with Mako are recognized by their eyes and Clouds eyes look all normal.
 
True and it is possible that at that time they were limited by capabilities they could do.
