FF8 1.2 Patch Dropbox "Exhausted"

Trying to get the FF8 1.02 patch (I have 2000PC) and no matter which version I try to download, it takes me to this screen:

Error (509)
This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!

This has been up for a few days. Is there another way to access this? A mirror or the like?
