Not to sound completely clueless... But what do you mean by my process? :oops:
I mean up-scaling, I'm trying to practise with things, not just these mods.
I'm doing it via software called "Perfect Resize" but there a few options. Just wanted to know what you had done in the past and such. I'm just trying to understand it all.

I'll gather everything together and send them to you soon.

Ah, okay. I got you. I've just been using the waifu upscaler that satsuki posted on the forums awhile back and editing them a bit with GIMP.

So Ifrit battle in fire cavern has black ground. Is this a known fault?

Sounds like the upscaling process might've messed with the battle background files for that area a bit and is causing them not to work properly. Reexporting them through any photo editing program should fix that. At least that's what I'm doing for my own upscales.

I need to fix this... I am going to try to tackle it today.
 
Not sure if this helps out at all, but wanted to mention while in Dollet at the bridge (after the dog at the fountain) also has this black ground effect when in battle (fought 1 solder then 3 on bridge after going back to area to see if it did it again..). It seems like all the battles after that point has a black ground effect as well, as if something isn't loading..? I know u said wip so figure some things aren't perfect, but wanted to let you know anyway.. Also something is causing the fountain (at the bottom specifically) to go from mainly pixelated to smoothed out texture for a split second (upscaling?) during the close up of Seifer and Squall with Seifer having his blade resting on his shoulder saying "What is this dog training!?" (but that's not battlefield related..) Also, minor black spaces next to buildings (looks like store fronts) in the battlefield in Dollet fighting the solders. I also can't seem to get a screenshot that isn't black with print screen button when copying it into paint on win 7. Hope this helps. Thank you for everyone's work!

Indeed, there is a bug with all the fight scenes from the Ifrit against. The bug display is that some PNG are 24Bits instead of 32bits.

By converting, you fix the problem. Except for battle on the deck of Dollet, there is another problem. And I could not retest the fight against Ifrit as I have done.
 
Mod updated with a fix to the Ifrit battle, as well as the addition of Zeeber's Training Center!! Enjoy!

I'm unable to download this mod, it gets between 21-50% then says error, retrying. I can't seem to get it to completely download. Any ideas?

That's weird... I'm attempting it right now.
Went through just fine for me... downloaded from the mega link 100%
 
I found a glitch. In the battle at the end of disc 1, the flames do not animate. Also, you are probably aware, but the ground textures are not upscaled for Diablos' GF summon.
 
Hello everyone!
I just wanted to post here to let everyone know that I have an alpha release of the Remastered battlefields that I've modified for use with Tonberry and the 2013 version!  In a few days, we'll have more glitches sorted and a few things ironed out and then I'll be releasing it here!

I'm trying to download the "BattleFieldPack 2.0.rar" file, but the download doesn't work.  At the first 3-4 Mb, it always jumps back to zero.  Other mega downloads work perfectly except for this.  I suggest you delete the upload, upload it again, and add the new mega link to this website.
 
Adding onto Steve's post, I tried to download as well and it won't start, keeps saying Temporary Error, retrying and doesn't download
 
Hello! Sorry it took me a while to update the main thread, but that's because I was getting a new release ready!

I am happy to announce the release of BattlefieldPack v3.1! It contains ALL NEW BATTLEFIELDS! They are a combination of ESRGAN AI upscales and Custom Textures!  These fields are the same as the BattlefieldPack: Remastered mod, just formatted for the 2013 version.
