FF8 draw system Mod/Hack?

Sorry for the stupid noob question but, is there a mod/way to hack  ff8 that changes the amount of magic you recieve from drawing?. Say setting it so you always recive 10 magics every time you draw.

Why would you do something like that?
If you wanna have 100pieces of that magic you can use a savegame editor instantly.

higher magic stat=more magic drawn . in battle that's always capped at 9, though.

there is probably some limiter in the code, but most likely nobody cared to look for one (why would you, since getting most magic is so easy in this game?)
