Yes i have searched the fourms, but is there a model viewer for FF8? i saw a pic of Squall in his seeD uniform in what looked like bitrun. SO has there been any update on the FF8 model format?

To sum it up, Biturn is able to view 3D field models partially, its a beta version (as seen on screenshots). That's all available as far as I know.

Which file do i have to unpack to be able to view the models in ff8? I found main_chr.fs but that's a badly textured Squall, would i need to unpack Chara.one?

doh sorry, I'm really not sure which one was it. It was long time since I tackled those files. But IIRC there were some more .fs / .fi / .fl archives inside those big ones, maybe you need to look for those. Really this is on you, I don't remember.
